“Arte Museum”: Experience the Essence of Nature Through Light, Sound, and Scent
“Arte Museum” is an immersive museum that has captivated the world with its “Eternal Nature” (ETERNALNATURE) theme, created by the Seoul-based digital design firm “d’strict.”
Originating in Jeju, South Korea, and with locations in eight cities worldwide , the organization offers content that allows visitors around the globe to experience fantastical natural spaces through all five senses via diverse conceptual works that incorporate each region’s natural and cultural heritage.
It has won numerous awards, including the iF Design Award, and has attracted over 12 million visitors worldwide, including in Asia, the UAE (Dubai), and the United States.

To recreate the scents of nature within the exhibition space, the museum has collaborated with Marianne Nawrocki Sabatier, a perfumer and chief professor at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery (GIP) in Grasse, France—the mecca of perfumery. Scents inspired by nature and crafted specifically for each artwork provide a deeper immersive experience.
Music director Jang Young-kyu, who composed the music, has worked on over 50 films and TV series—including *Space + Human* (2024), *Train to Busan* (2016),*The Good, the Bad, the Weird* (2008), and *Tacha: The Con Artist* (2006), among more than 50 films and TV dramas, and has won numerous music awards. He is also the bassist and producer for the band “LEENALCHI,” which won the Korean Popular Music Awards.
The museum’s music will feature a diverse range of sounds —from delicate, lifelike natural sounds to the moving background music of the “GARDEN” installation—all designed to allow visitors to deeply immerse themselves in the space and the world of the artwork.
