The cherry blossoms in the Ark Hills area, stretching from Akasaka to Roppongi 1-chome and renowned as one of Tokyo’s premier cherry blossom spots, typically reach their peak bloom from late March to early April.
Approximately 130 cherry trees line the three roads surrounding the Ark Hills grounds (Sakurazaka to Spainzaka), forming a tree-lined path stretching about 700 meters. Combined with the cherry trees at Izumi Garden and its surroundings, the total distance reaches approximately 1 kilometer. Along the way , a rare “cherry blossom tunnel” appears in the city.
Additionally, the cherry blossom tree-lined paths will be illuminated to create a magical atmosphere unique to the night, with the lighting starting according to the actual bloom status of the cherry blossoms.
Twelve popular restaurants will set up gourmet food stalls.
During the festival, 12 popular restaurants from the Ark Hills area will operate gourmet food stalls. The lineup features international cuisine, including “Kato Hanten”s Sakura Shrimp-Infused Clear Noodle Soup using spring’s seasonal sakura shrimp, “Thai Cuisine Chanroy kaaw”s Tom Yum Kung Ramen, and “Yotteria GAKU Terrazza”s Bolognese Cream Penne.

Additionally, the grassy areas surrounding the cherry blossoms will host live music performances and street performances. The regularly held Akasaka Flea Market and Hills Marche will also be held in a special Sakura Festival format.
