Poképark Kantou, a 2.6-hectare facility, will open on February 5, 2026 (Thursday ) in a corner of Yomiuri Land, located in the verdant Tama Hills straddling Inagi City and Kawasaki City, Tokyo.

Poképark Kantou, home to more than 600 Pokémon, will consist of two areas: “Pokémon Forest,” where visitors can observe the ecology of Pokémon in the forest, and “Kayatsuri Town, ” where visitors can purchase goods.

The “Pokémon Forest ” is a forest with trees and a 500-meter-long walking path through an undulating terrain of steps and slopes. Visitors can observe Pokémon up close and take pictures with them as they run around, battle, play in groups, and display a variety of expressions and behaviors.
Kayatsuri Town” where visitors can enjoy a variety of events

At the entrance of “Kayatsuri Town,” there is a “Pokémon Center,” a well-known facility for recovering Pokémon from video games, as well as stores where visitors can purchase goods and enjoy original drinks and food.

In addition, there are plenty of attractions to enjoy the world of Pokemon, such as “Pika Pika Paradise,” an attraction for Pikachu and his friends, “Buu Buu Voyage,” a merry-go-round for Eevees, a parade featuring Pikachu and Eevee, and a stage show at the “Kayatsu Rig,” among others.
Pokémon Red and Green, the first Pokémon video games released in 1996, are set in the “Kantou Region. PokePark Kantou” is named after Kantou and Kanto, where Yomiuri Land is located.
Applications for lottery tickets will be accepted on the official website of POKE PARK KANTO from 6:00 p.m. on November 21 (Fri.). The tickets to be sold are for February 5 through March 31, 2026, and include two types: the Trainers Pass (for adults 13 and older, starting at 7,900 yen) and the Elite Trainers Pass (for adults 13 and older, 14,000 yen).
