The Strings Omotesando will be offering two types of heart-shaped chocolates, each with the meaning of “happiness” and “love. When the chocolate is broken with a hammer, a bright red chocolate bonbon and almond chocolate, which is inspired by the image of a single jewel that brings happiness, stand in the middle of the chocolate, creating a sweet and gorgeous surprise. Recommended as a reward for yourself or as a chocolate to enjoy with friends. Reservations required at least 3 days prior to the desired pick-up date.

2, Grand Hyatt Tokyo “Valentine’s Day Collection” (February 1 – February 14)
Ten kinds of sweets and breads, including new items, will be available at the Fiorentina Pastry Boutique in Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The pastry chef’s skill in every detail will delight that special someone, including “dress shirt chocolates” that look like real shirts and “wine bottle chocolates” that can be personalized with an original message.

3, Palace Hotel Tokyo Valentine’s Selection (February 1 – 14)
The Palace Hotel Tokyo’s Valentine’s Day limited edition products include a Valentine’s Day edition of its popular cookie tin and an assortment of chocolates carefully crafted one by one by the hotel’s resident chocolatier. The cookie tin, which includes “Salted Sablet” with a hint of salt from Guerande, France, and “Raspberry Bourg de Neige” with a delicate texture, is recommended even for those who do not like chocolate.

4, Hotel Metropolitan “Suica no Penguin Valentine Cake” (February 8 – 14)
The ever-popular Suica’s Penguin Valentine Cake is back again this year! Two layers of rose-flavored berry jelly and lychee bavarois with the texture of raspberries are wrapped in bitter chocolate mousse and glazed with raspberry-based chocolate, making this cute cake perfect for a special occasion. Online reservations are available from January 14.

5, divan “Ardoise Chocolate” (December 4 – February 14)
From “divan”, a well-known luxury sweets brand established in Turkey in 1956, the popular Ardoise chocolate series with its colorful and eye-catching appearance for Valentine’s Day is now available as an assortment of products, along with new flavors. Available in Tokyo from December 4 to February 14 at Matsuya Ginza and Daimaru Tokyo (1st floor), the only two stores in Japan with permanent sales. Also available online.

6, Ralph’s Coffee “Barista Bear & Cup” shaped bonbon chocolates (January 17 – onwards)
Ralph Lauren’s Cafe “Ralph’s Coffee” is now offering “Valentine Collection 2025”. The iconic motifs “Ralph’s Cup” and “Barista Bear” are joined by a new motif “Latte Art” in nine unique flavors. The packaging is an original design created in collaboration with illustrator foxco. 7, Conrad Tokyo Valentine’s Day Limited Edition Sweets (February 1 – 28)
Conrad Tokyo is launching a limited time offer of sweets in February for Valentine’s Day. In addition to an assortment of sweets featuring the Conrad Bear, including a hojicha flavor with sweet caramelized sesame seeds and hazelnuts, and a strawberry flavor with freeze-dried strawberries and the sweet and sour taste of the fruit, there is also a coffee raisin filled with bittersweet coffee buttercream and dark rum-soaked raisins. Coffee raisin sandwich with bittersweet coffee butter cream and raisins soaked in dark rum will also be available.

8, Joel Robuchon Valentine’s Day limited edition chocolates (from January 15)
Joel Robuchon presents a variety of Valentine’s Day chocolates for 2025, including the most popular “Bonbon Chocolat Amour,” “Biscuit Chocolat,” and “Valentine’s Day Assortment,” which attracts the eye with its red and pink hearts. Also on sale is the “Bonbon Chocolat Chateau” from Joel Robuchon, a French gastronomy restaurant that has won three stars for 18 consecutive years. The individually packaged chocolates are also recommended for business occasions.
