This event is held annually by volunteer members of the local community and businesses tomake Shinagawa a “hometown to be proud of” for children.At the “Shinagawa Collection 2025 Autumn” fashion show, where witches, monsters, cute ghosts, and other characters show off the costumes they have worked hard to create and prepare for the day, they walk freely down a special 20-meter runway for about 30 seconds while grooving to music, pose for photographers, and if they wish, they will later be given Photos will be presented to those who wish to participate (ticket sales have ended).

A community-based and social Halloween event held for the 14th time this year. During the event, a candy rally (for parents and children from ages 0 to elementary school) will be held from 11:00 to 18:00, visiting participating stores around Kichijoji Station, where participants can receive candy at each designated store out of a total of 40 courses visiting multiple stores (advance registration required. (Paid and free participation certificates are available).

4, Futakotamagawa Halloween Party 2025 (October 25 and 26)

This is the 10th Halloween event to be held jointly by Futako Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center, Futako Tamagawa Rise Dogwood Plaza, and Tamagawa Takashimaya S.C. This year’s event will be held at the Futako Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center. In addition to the stamp rally, workshops, and two expanded air playgrounds, a new disco-style “Dance Time” stage will be introduced, allowing parents and children to dance freely to the music between stage events.

5, Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade 2025 (October 26)

This year marks the 41st holding of this event, the first Halloween costume parade in Japan. More than 1,000 children participate in the event every year, each in their own elaborate costume, and parade about 1 km along Omotesando in Harajuku. In addition, special Halloween menus will be offered at cooperating stores in the Omotesando area, and candy will be distributed to children. The event is open to children of elementary school age and younger and their guardians.

TYFFONIUM is an immersive entertainment facility where visitors can enjoy a “magical experience” through advanced technology using VR and an overwhelming worldview designed down to the last detail. 7, MAX Poop Halloween 2025
From October 1 (Wed) to November 3 (Mon), “MAX Poop Halloween 2025” is being held at the world’s only “ Poop Museum TOKYO,” a Japan-originated interactive entertainment facility themed on “poop. During this period, the museum’s symbol “Poop Volcano” will be transformed into a limited Halloween version.
