Large-scale urban development is being planned and carried out in the area around Nakano Station, which is known for its abundance of unique shops and as a hub for subculture.
Atre Nakano has established “Blend N” as its concept for its opening in the “heart of Nakano.”
The term “Blend” embodies the hope that, in the future, diverse people and elements will mix together in Nakano, bringing about positive change that will make the entire neighborhood a better place.

The facility, which offers the convenience of direct access to the new ticket gates, is scheduled to house approximately 70 shops.
The second floor, which serves as a concourse floor directly connected to the new ticket gates, will feature shops offering sweets, prepared foods, and light meals with dine-in options. The third floor will be divided into a retail zone—centered around mixed-gender apparel stores—and a dining zone.

The 4th floor will feature shops centered around a large variety store and a bookstore, while the 5th floor will offer a “bring-your-own rooftop BBQ” that takes advantage of the building’s direct connection to the station, as well as a “rooftop plaza” where anyone can casually stop by.
How will foot traffic and the culture of this neighborhood change in the future? Attention is likely to focus on the changes brought about by the opening of Atre Nakano.
