This festival, featuring more than 150 up-and-coming artists in total, is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year.
In addition to art exhibitions and art fairs, the festival features a diverse lineup of programs, including live performances and markets, creating a space where various cultures intersect around the theme of art.

The live program, which has been a hot topic every year, will take place over four days on the “T-LOTUS M,” a floating stage moored on the Tennozu Canal.
Musicians and DJs from Japan and abroad will perform with special setlists and stage designs created exclusively for this festival.

Another highlight is the “SUPER ART & CRAFT MARKET,” a market area co-produced with BEAMS Creative.
Set against the backdrop of the Boardwalk, Bond Street, and WHAT CAFE, more than 80 creators and brands from three categories—art goods, crafts, and food & drink— will gather in one place.
Based on the concept of “Contemporary Craftsmanship,” the festival also serves as a venue where creators and visitors can interact directly.
Exhibitions, Fairs, and Talks by Over 150 Artists
The art exhibition “REFLUX: Signs of a Resurgence,” held at Terada Warehouse G1-5F, features actor and dancer Mirai Moriyama as artistic director and includes installations by evala, Michiko Tsuda, and Osamu Tezuka that utilize his depictions of crowds.
The art fair “MEET YOUR ARTISTS” will showcase and sell works by approximately 40 artists totaling 400 pieces, and will also feature a curated area themed “Rediscovering Japanese Identity.”
Furthermore, under the leadership of co-director Hisanori Komoda (Marco Gallery), “CO-CROSSOVER” will feature 15 projects by more than 40 artists. At WHAT CAFE, talk sessions hosted by Mirai Moriyama will be held daily.
