“MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives” is a museum that creates and shares new Japanese culture through stories = narratives. Twice a year, it presents a “theme” that connects to the future, offering programs that fuse Japanese tradition, learning, entertainment, and technology.

The 40th Nakameguro Cherry Blossom Festival begins on the day Tokyo declares cherry blossoms in bloom. Meguro River illuminations run from the start of blooming until March 31, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Bonbori lanterns light up for 15 days from the start of blooming, also from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Numerous food stalls and food trucks typically operate. Expect crowds on weekends, so visiting on a weekday is recommended.
