1, Tokyo Skytree Town(R) Dream Christmas 2025 (November 1 – December 25)

This year, the design of the Tokyo Sky Tree(R)’s special Christmas lighting will be renewed for the first time since its opening. From November 6, the entire town will be illuminated with approximately 530,000 twinkling lights, and the “Christmas Market in a Picture Book” will be held for the 10th time. The 550-meter-long zelkova tree-lined avenue will be enveloped in approximately 600,000 bulbs of light. A lighting ceremony will be held on November 1, the first day of the illumination. As a special guest, the new group “Rosy Kroni” from Hello! Project’s new group “Rosy Chronicle” (Upfront Promotion) will perform as special guests, and in December, the “TACHIKAWA WINTER MARKET” will be held with food, stores and a music stage.

3, Tokyo Mega Illumi 2025-2026 (November 1 – January 11, 2026)
The illumination, known as a winter tradition at Oi Racecourse that can be enjoyed by families, dates, and friends, will be held again this year from November 1 to January 11, 2026, for 53 days when Oi Racecourse is not in operation. In addition to the “Twinkle Light Show” and the “Edo Cherry Blossom” tunnel, both of which light up in conjunction with music, the “Miniature Horse & Pony Petting” and “Fountain x Guiding Horse Show,” which are unique to Oi Racecourse, are also recommended for families with small children.

4, Roppongi Hills Christmas 2025 (November 4 – December 25)

Keyakizaka Illumination “SNOW & BLUE” is a wintertime tradition in Roppongi. Roppongi Hills Christmas Market 2025″ will be held at the same time at Roppongi Hills’ O-Yane Plaza. This is a special winter season event at SHIBUYA SKY, an observation facility located on the 14th, 45th, 46th and rooftop of Shibuya Scramble Square. During the event, the “Sparkling Light Tree,” which resembles a Christmas tree, will be lit from the rooftop of SHIBUYA SKY to the city of Shibuya at all times after 19:00. Also, every 30 minutes after 7:00 p.m., “Special Celebration,” a special production of light, sound, and soap bubbles, will illuminate the winter night sky of Shibuya with lights stretching skyward with great intensity and soap bubbles dancing in the night sky.

This illumination, which began in 2009, lights up the streets of Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas, centering on Nihonbashi Sakura-dori Avenue, which runs from the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station to Nihonbashi. The lighting ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 6 at the south site of Nihonbashi Plaza, starting at 18:00.

7, Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS – Shape of Joy – (November 8 – January 12, 2026)
Baccarat and Yebisu Garden Place will hold the 26th annual Baccarat ETERNAL LIGHTS, a winter event in Yebisu, Tokyo. One of the world’s largest chandeliers, measuring approximately 5 meters high and 3 meters wide, with 8,500 crystal pieces and 250 lights, will be on display. A 10-meter-long Christmas tree will be set up in the Clock Square, and the promenade leading up the slope to the chandelier will be illuminated with approximately 100,000 champagne gold-toned lights.

8, Futakotamagawa Rise Christmas 2025 “HEARTLIGHT HOLIDAY with MOOMIN” (November 8 – December 25)

A Christmas event in collaboration with Moomin, which celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. Inspired by a scene in which the friends of the Moomin Valley decorate the tree with knick-knacks of their own choosing, a 9-meter-tall tree with about 30 different ornaments and illumination by 64,000 LED lights and softly lit ball lights will be on display. 9, Hogwarts in the Snow (November 9 – January 5, 2026)
A special Christmas-themed event that Harry and his friends experienced at Hogwarts, which was held for the first time in Japan last year, will be held again this year. An illumination with fantastic bubbles and snow like a white Christmas will appear in the Midtown Garden. Light and sound, in conjunction with original music, will dramatically create the space. In addition, a real fir tree wrapped in gold light and a “Walkway of Light” with gentle gold light will also make an appearance.

11,HIBIYA Magic Time Illumination 202 (November 13 – February 28, 2026)

HIBIBIYA Magic Time SQUARE 2025, with Hibiya Step Square as its main venue, will feature a tree illumination inspired by the world of “Zootopia 2,” the latest Disney Animation Studios film. The entire area will be decorated with glittering lights, including the tree on the grand staircase and the illumination around Hibiya Step Square.

12, Marunouchi Street Park 2025 Winter ( November 13 – December 25 )

This is the 15th annual winter event in the Marunouchi area. Along with the champagne gold-colored “Marunouchi Illumination,” a Christmas tree will be set up on Gyoko-dori Avenue for the first time. On Marunouchi Naka-dori Avenue, a Christmas market and kitchen cars will be set up in collaboration with stores and hotels in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas, with a total of 19 stores, the largest number ever.

13, TOKYO SNOW DOME CITY (November 17 – March 1, 2026)

This winter, the 21st year of the festival, the total number of LED lights will be increased significantly from last year’s approximately 650,000 bulbs to a total of approximately 1 million bulbs, enveloping the entire Tokyo Dome City in gorgeous white light under the theme of “snow dome” and “snow”. In addition, the giant 15-meter-high main tree will be illuminated by 250,000 LED lights that change colors, and a special soap bubble and sound show will be held once every 15 minutes.

14, SANTA PARADE TOKYO2025 (November 16)
The “Santa Parade” is a charity event held in many countries around the world as a winter tradition. This year, the seventh such event to be held in Japan, will take the form of a parade along a 2.5-km stretch of public road from Harajuku Station to Shibuya Station, with participants walking slowly in Santa Claus costumes while enjoying the scenery of the city dyed in Christmas colors.

15, Christmas at the Museum (November 26-December 25)
Launched in 2007, this is a winter tradition at the National Museum of Western Art, which has a rich collection of Western art with Christian themes. The winter-only audio guide “Curator’s Voice 2025,” in which researchers talk about works on display in the permanent exhibition, and “A Christmas Carol Concert for Everyone,” in which small children can easily participate, will also be held. About 500,000 lights will cover the entire area from Shibuya Park Avenue to the zelkova trees in Yoyogi Park in an all-blue color. This year, “Blue Cave THE SNOWMAN,” a giant spherical balloon in the shape of a snowman that appeared last year, will be set up at the Yoyogi Park Zelkova trees, and a Christmas movie will be projected.

Dynamic fireworks will color the dignified winter night sky of Odaiba. On each date, fireworks will be shot offshore from the “Statue of Liberty” for about 5 minutes from 19:00 p.m. On December 20, “Music Fireworks” will be held, in which fireworks are shot off to the accompaniment of music.
