3, Oktoberfest in Shiba Park 2025 Autumn (September 12 – 23)

An event that recreates the atmosphere of Oktoberfest, one of the world’s largest beer festivals, will be held at the same time at two venues: Shiba Park (in front of Onarimon Station) and Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu. The Shiba Park venue will offer traditional stage performances and directly imported German food and beer with a theme of realism that will make you feel like you are in the real Munich. This year’s commemorative 10th anniversary event will bring together artists who boast global popularity. This year, a new type of art festival with a theme of “Moon” will be held again, bringing together facilities and stores around Shimokitazawa Station to create a new sensation of community participation. 7, Chofu Fireworks 2025 (September 20)
This year marks the 40th year of the Chofu Fireworks Festival. More than 10,000 fireworks will be shot nonstop to color the night sky of Chofu, including “50 big balls” and “Hanabiryujon,” a collaboration of music and fireworks that is a well-known Chofu specialty.

The Mashiko Pottery Market, a famous event in Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture, will be held for the first time at Yebisu Garden Place. The Bon Odori dance will be held again this year, with people dancing in a circle on the ” SKY STAGE ” rooftop of the “SHIBUYA SKY” observation facility in Shibuya Scramble Square. 12, Roppongi Art Night 2025 (September 27-29)
The 14th Roppongi Art Night is one of Tokyo’s most popular art festivals. More than 50 programs will be presented by about 30 artists, including installations and performances. RAN Focus,” which started last year, will focus on Korea this year. The 13-meter wide LED screen in the Roppongi Hills Arena will be used to screen Kim A-young’s “Delivery Dancers Arc: 0° Receiver,” which won the 2025 LG Guggenheim Prize, as well as Kang Jae-won’s sculptures using 3D software and inflatable materials.
